How to play an IPTV channel list on Kodi?

So if you want to add an IPTV list to your Kodi, just follow these steps:
- Start Kodi and select Settings
- Click on add-on
- Choose Install from Repository
- Click on PVR Clients
- Browse and enter the IPTV Simple Client PVR
- Click Install
- Wait until the PVR IPTV Simple Client Add-on installed message appears
- Click on PVR IPTV Simple Client again
- Click Configure
Under General, select the M3U playlist URL
In this new window, you will enter your M3u playlist URL in the "M3U playlist URL" field then click "Confirm".Click OK when informed that you need to restart your system
Fully close Kodi and reopen the application. Wait for the PVR Manager to start and for it to download channels (This may take a few minutes).
When finished, you will receive a message saying that the Simple Cliente Channels have been loaded
