1. Press the menu button on the remote.
2. Enter smart features.
3. Enter Samsung account.
4. To enable the User Application feature, type Log In.
5. Sign in with "develop" ID (password leave blank).
6. Enter the Applications panel.
7. Hold the Enter button on the remote over any app or over the E-Manual app. Then select “IP Settings”

9. Again hold the Enter button on the remote control over any application. Now select the option “Start App Sync”
10. The TV indicates that it is installing a new service, then displays “SS IPTV” application
